Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, any file can be downloaded from anywhere in the world, international and national.
For personalized works, the shipping cost will be applied according to the rates in force in your country.

The files cannot be returned, since they are not physical files until the client has downloaded them, however I can offer help in case of problems with the downloads or their quality.

In the case of download files, the return policy of the web is maintained. For personalized products, there is a work process in constant communication; for its evolution, confirmation and customer acceptance.
During this process, we will proceed as agreed with the client and the order.
How can I track my order?
At the moment in case any file, product is sent by some type of transport it would be tracked by the contracted company. Data offered once the order has been made, accepted and sent.
How can I contact the distributors?
You will be notified of said event if necessary according to the client and painter procedure.

For now we work with the download of files for the personalized thing, we would depend on the agreement with the project, person and country.
